We started with a hundred homes we already owned and manage through Lodgify — the source of truth for pricing, availability, and every channel we distribute on. Now we're opening the marketplace to third-party hosts who want a better commission structure and real tooling: automated occupancy tax, instant Stripe payouts, and Safely damage coverage built in.
